What happens to my links if I stop paying?
They keep redirecting. You drop to the free cap for new links, and links already past 30 days stay live — we don’t hold your traffic hostage.
Can I get an expired link back?
Yes, until you delete it. Expired links sit in your archive with their click history and can be given a new departure time.
Do you track the people who click?
No. We store a count, a timestamp, and hashed user-agent and IP. No analytics cookies, no profiles — only a session cookie after you sign in.
What are true human clicks and custom social previews?
True human clicks ignore social bots so scrapers don’t inflate your board. Custom social previews let Pro and Max set the title, image, and blurb bots see — people still go straight to the destination.
Is the free plan a trial?
